Meet Filipp
Physician-turned-real estate investor, Filipp Chesnokov specializes in acquiring value-add properties throughout the Puget Sound area. Raised in Vancouver, WA, he purchased his first short-sale investment property in 2010. Since relocating to Tacoma in the summer of 2020, Filipp has steadily expanded his rental portfolio while also investing in fix-and-flip properties and self-storage facilities. His team is currently acquiring an average of 2–3 properties each month. As a full-time real estate investor, Filipp continues to work part-time as an emergency care physician in the Tacoma area. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with his family.
